My Fiat Punto Emotion has started noisy - a jerky noice from left-front below to shock-abs. I've talked with one of the Service Advisors in Corcord Motors, Ernakulam. They told me that some part needs to be replaced. I gave my car to Concord Motors on 10th November 2011, two days later they told me that the part is not available and I have to wait for 2 weeks. Don't forget that they charged me Rs. 150 for pickup service. As I needed the car for daily purposes, I took the car requesting them that to give me call when the part is available.
Today 22rd November, 2011, when I called Concord motors about the status. Then they told me that the part is available and asked me to wait for one more week that they have no more slot left for new booking.
But I believe they forgot that I have been waiting for 2 weeks to get these parts available at Concord Motors, Ernakulam. After 10 - 15 times of call to Concord Motors, CC executives, Manager - even the CRM Manager was hesistating to talk with me - they were not ready to fix my car. After an hour or so I called up them again and one of the executive told me that the Manager agreed to fix appointment for tomorrow 23rd November 2011 atlast!
The noise started about 2 months before. In last service (10th) also they charged me some Rs. 2300/- Concord service replaced few parts on <date> and charged me Rs. 5000/- for the same reason. But in a couple of days it started again. And the rest of the story is above.
I need my vehicle by this Friday evening. Kindly guide me to handle this situation. Saturday 26th November 2011 I have an engagement and I want the car on the same date. I suspect Concord motors not willing to deliver car on time because of dump situation at the service center. Nobody is taking care of customer concerns and everybody is trying to put responsibilities to each others. For tomorrows appointment, I need the pick-drop facility and I think Concord is going to charge me same again. I don't know where I could claim my time waiting for them to get the fauly part. My extented warranty ends on this December - Hope the issue would be cleared under warranty itself.
I am a great fan of FIAT. I have a 2009 Fiat Palio 1.6 and this is my second vehicle from Fiat. For past few months, due to the bad service that I am getting at my location, I feel like I am loosing my craze on Fiat cars. I would appreciate to get better after sale service from Fiat so that your valuable customers remain customers. This kind of situation is really disappointing. Was this information helpful? |
I was one of the worst service done by the service engineer. RajaManikandan.
On the date of delivery they said the Car wheel is punctured and they have no equipments to fix that.
