Respected Sir,
This Complaint is against KVR Dream Vehicles, Fiat dealer, Kannur. My Life was at risk because of the careless and ignorant attitude of the service manager.
First of all VERY VERY BAD Customer Service. Pathetic. This Dealer has Spoiled Fiat’s name and the brand.
I gave my car maintenance service on[protected] and this was not the usual periodic service. I had done my car service at 18000 km due to issues with car clutch, gear transmission, Mileage issue and told them to do the necessary. The service people did the service and charged me with a bill of Rs. 7000 telling the clutch has been bleeded. I had told them to change the clutch kit totally if issue persists. But even after this service the problems remained.
I again, by 25000 km went for the service, which is not again periodic maintenance. Told them to completely clear all the issues of my car no matter what.
Told them to change my clutch and get it ready. Took them 3 days to repair and still dint change the clutch saying that i can run more with the same clutch. They told they have done the bleeding for the clutch.
I paid Rs.10000 for the service and took my car from the service center back home. [B]But while driving in the national highway at a high speed my clutch was broke and did not work. I was in the middle of an accident and got saved myself somehow. The clutch was gone and the fiat service people did put my life at risk due to their careless, ignorant, greedy for money attitude.[/B]
They took my vehicle to the service center with the help of roadside assistance and it took 14 days for them to clear the issues of my car and now when i went back to get my car they have bills ready for me. Another Rs.10000 of service charge.
This has caused EXTREME CASE OF MENTAL, FATAL and FINANCIAL HARASSMENT. I am considering filing a complaint against this Dealer .
I REGRET BUYING A CAR FROM FIAT WHERE CUSTOMERS ARE TREATED LIKE .
1. Irresponsible Behaviour of the service manager
2. Not changing the clutch even after constant pressure and notifications
3. Labour charges seen for the free service bill
4. Financial Harassment of the customer
5. When asked about the problem of my life, Manager was silly and told there are still brakes to apply and made a mockery out of me.
COMPLAINT AGAINST KVR DREAM VEHICLE, FIAT SERVICE MANAGER, Mr. VARUN.
Resolution required :
1. I need monetary compensation for putting my life at risk, and for the time period my car has been in the workshop.
2. I am not paying anything extra for Clutch and gear problems as this is new car under warranty, and problems was shown right after the service for which i paid Rs.10000.
3. I need my car to reach my home 20km away from service center. I had already spend huge amount of time behind this issue which was due to the carelessness of the service people.
4. The service staff and service manager who dealt with the issue has to be notified and apology from the service manager for making a mockery out of me is required.
HOPE I WILL GET THE NEEDFUL RESOLUTION
