I had given my Punto car for service on 21.03.2012 at your ECR service centre, chennai for the complaint AC not working.
On 23.03.2012, I tried to contact the customer care manager Ilayaraja through his cell number [protected], I was unable to reach him. I contacted Mr Muthu Kumar service advisor he informed me that he’ll talk to Ilayaraja and ask him to call me back. Today 23rd, Time 02:00 PM still fault not found, vehicle idle at the service station. Tried to contact Ilayaraja, he is not picking up the phone.All this inspite os me calling on 21st morning 09:00am and booking an appointment and being promised that we would receive the car today(23.03.2012)
We had actually got the car from service for the same problem on 03.02.2012(AC No 15655).Now we land up again. We have already raised a complaint for this. Is this the kind of service you wish to perform for your customers?

Fiat punto — spares not at all available
fiat punto 1 yr old. rear door glass broke. searching for a new glass 1 wk. no response. service people coolly telling it will take 10 days, that is usual problem, dont know when it will come, horrible people. still searching for glass.
