Sir, I repent for buying your car punto. first I found the lock system was not error free. The company held the car about 10 days in the workshop. Again I found the battery got off in the midst of a travel. They asked me the gurantee card of the battery and I gave it. Now I am waiting for more than 4 days. I dont know when your dealer will give me back my car. what a shame in the history of car service! Changing the battery is such a big job?.
The most worse thing is that the language of arrogance by your dealers. In this world of services, I wish to state that I am also a higher executive of a company. But your employees always speak in a technical
language and not at all customer friendly. I bought this car from your trissur show room of Hyson motors, guruvayoor road. My car no. is kl8 6486.
For what I did such a sin. Please help me.

fiat/punto — irritating sound of rear suspension
i bought fiat punto 5 months back and its rear suspension is making a very irritating sound when in motion.even the service centre experts are unable to rectify the problem,so i request you to take the neccesary action as soon as possible.waiting for your reply
