[Resolved] Firstsource — Not received final settlement amount

I have worked with FIRSTSOURCE, RMZ, Bangalore from 28/08/2006 to 15/10/2008 and 22/06/2009 to 30/08/2010. I have not received my settelement amount which includes salary for Aug 2010, leave and Comp off balance. My last working day was on 30th Aug 2010. But its been 71 days over and still i have not got the amount. I have spoken to the concern department but 4 times they said it will be done within 10 days. I have complained the same to line HR as well but in vain.

I Agree FIRST SOURCE IS FRAUD COMPANY . my Full and final amount was also not paid yet ..i have worked with this company in BHOPAL from August 10 to dec 10 .. and they paid me just one training salary and after that i dint get any salary .. whenever i make a concern...they told me i am having some details problem.. and its 5th march 11 now and still nothing done ... this is FULL FRAUD WITH ME .. and company sucks

I am strongly agree for it. Firstsource company is not taken care of Employees PF amount. I was applied for my PF and waiting for it. Till now no proper response from Management Team. The HR person is not replying for my calls they are denying. The employees of Firstsource(TECCIPARK) are not getting theire PF. So we assuming that management taking their PF.

They used do same with every one I am suffering. I am thinking now legal procedure to on foot this company because the HR who are there they think they are prime and can do whatever they like.
