[Resolved]  Firstsource — wrong separation related

dear sir , i am manish nahar was employee of first source , employee code 564628 , i have done complaine as. given belove with date & time, but now first sourcr company resolve my problems .. so i want to request you to closed my previous complaint....

dear sir,

i am manish nahar employee code 564628, working as a CSA in DTH process,

joining date 14 sep.2010.currentlly working as a O.J.T trainee undre trainer

mr. dilip karriappa and quality analyzer mr. yogesh for certification process, but durring this period including training , i am not satisfy

with company trainer & QA,because , i was asking some question related to DTH product alway's durring the training period

but no any one trainer or no any one QA give me ansure properlly at that time,wich is true, and i known very well about


batch 060 have never complete knowlage of DTH product, so how they all of cetified durring O.J.T period, and
why only me is not certified, because of wrong company policy done by company officers as per my knowlegment otherwise,

i am also certified without complete knowladge of DTH product as they all of O.J.T agent's are certified now.

sir, i have following problem durring training period.
(1). trainer is not able to explaine DTH product properlly mean's communication problem ,
(2). questions are not solved during trainig period mean"s incompalete product explaine by trainer.
example:- (a).not explaine Advantage & disadvantage of HEAVY REFRESH parameter,it is very important part of DTH product.
(b).not expline uplinking & down linking frequency at which whole process are working, it is the base of DTH service

providing to customer satisfaction. but here, customer is not satisfy with DTH call centre because , customer

is directlly satisfy to airtel DTH sevice.regarding this i want to talk with airtel clint's.
(c). not explaine properly LNBF multiconnection(1x3) with multi packages as customer required for service.

(how it is possible...? , why it is not possible..? not explaine by trainer, or no any one QA explaine
durring training period ).
(d). not explaine about BTS, BSC, MSC,sites for DTH service switching..... and so on...

so how it is possible to certification of whole batch 060during O.J.T period.therefore, I want to join re-fresh training (retraining)
againe. because i want to justice.so kindly permit me for re-training with next batch. AND

sir , i have also following problem durring O.J.T. period.

(1). quality analyzer mr. yogesh (QA) does not explaine the basic difference between QUALITY and PRODUCTIVITY.with the
help of parameter for marking a call's, so, he is completelly wrong, and not fit for QA post.
(example:- (a) mr. yogesh give me 62.95% quality for first day login. while my this call was very week & no complete parameter

was used by me. so.. which one parameter is increasing my quality up to 62.95%, and that time no any feedback
given me by QA mr. yogesh. why...? plz.. check it.

(b). mr. yogesh give me 65% quality for second day while my this call is also week and no complete parameter was used.
and no any feed back given by QA mr. yogesh. why...? plz.. check it.

(c). mr. yogesh have not attentive to monitoring a call because my thired day calls are good as compaire to
first day & second day calls, but mr yogesh give me 0% quality, why...? check it


mr. yogesh is completelly wrong , plz... check this comparision , and take action against QA mr. yogesh.immigiatlly
(YE EK BHED BHAV KI NITI HAI. EMPLOYEEMENT KE DORAN SAB KUCH CLEAR KARNA CHAHIYE. IS TARAH KISI KE BHAVISHAY.

KE SATH KHILWAAD KARNA MANAVATAA KE KHILAF HAI.). it is the case of misconduct against company .


kindly i request you please take immigiatlly action against QA mr. yogesh. & trainer dilip karriappa,with in 24hrs.for justice,

otherwise i want to justice with the help of labour cort against wrong company policy with company offer latter. so,kindly

give me permission for refresh training againe.
