I had courier a gift to Chennai on 09-Dec-2010. It was a brand new shirt (Arrow Brand worth Rs.1700). I packed the gift in front of the office in charge of French Express - Madiwala branch - Bangalore.
After 3 days, I came to know that the Courier was not yet reached. I tried to call him customer care. Initially the reply was "Sir wait for another 2 days"... this story went for a week and at last they agreed that the parcel was lost.
According to me the parcel is not missed, but it was stolen from the distribution office.
I had given a complain to the head office, FREHCH EXPRESS. It’s almost 80 days that no one is responding me.
I have spoken to the office in charge, where I courier. He replied “Sorry Sir, the courier has been dispatched from here. I have full record. Its got missed at the destination place, where it should be delivered”
I have contacted many persons (Nelson, Gayathri, Ramaraj and Srikanth) who are in management in charge of FRENCH EXPRESS, buts it’s of no use.
The customer response is very very bad with FRENCH EXPRESS.
I feel steeling the courier is routine habit and management is also involved with this.
