French Courier Service from their office today rang up that there is a courier for me.My house is hardly 1 Km from their office. He wanted me to come to their office to receive the same. I expressed my inability. He has not yet delivered the same.
Please take necessary action to see that the courier is delivered to my house
If it is not delivered and returned tot he sender stating some lame excuse, I will be compelled to take necessary action and redressal from CDRF Kollam.

Doc no : S[protected] dt.17.11.2008 sent by M/s Kotak Bank, Mumbai to me (Coimbatore) is not received till date.
After verify with your branch coimbatore Mrs.Priya, she informed that the courier is sent back to again to M/s Kotak bank, mumbai and infomed to complained to branch manager.
Your branch manager Mr.Shanmugam([protected]) is switch off his mobile.
I am receiving regularly courier from M/s Blue Dart, Profissional courier ect.
But your courier is only i am not receiving.
Kindly take the matter serious.
