[Resolved]  Gadgets Guru — non responsive and defaulting

I bought a Jabra Bluetooth BT8040 from Gadgets Guru paying full money in advance
Reference : Order No IN830919‏

They claim on their website to provide brand new products with warranty, however, the product supplied to me did not work more than few weeks. after lot of chase up, the comapny asked me to send the product for repair, however, again after lot of follow-up after one month they are now claiming that the product is non-repairable as it is broken! It can be mentioned here that Gadgets Guru do not look like have an intention to take ownership and responsibility to supplying me an inferior/substandard product, however, they are taking excuses now. It is also to be noted that the said product is Bluetooth handsfree which is, to my best knowledge, is never repaired, and it was represented to them long ago that such products are not repaired however they are only replaced in case of technical problems, but Gadegtsguru insisted to get the product back for repairing. It is now very clear that it was their game plan, and Gadgets guru have tried to fake stating the product is damaged since the product is never to be repaired but should be replaced. Company is taking excuses and shying away from providing a replacement.
I have all communications in writing, and it can be provn that the compoany is now turning its back to its commitment to truthful customers.
It is requested that the case be highlighted to necessary authorities to get me the replacement of the faulty product from this company.

i have purchase the ZEN mobile from NDTV 360 gadgets on 04.08.16. But at the time of delivery the mobile is faulty still they have taken the money.

After lot of struggle i got the DOA but still i have not received the mobile or money till date.

so i am requesting return policy of 360 gadgets is bad .

still no action has been initiated for refund. i have updated all details.
