I have ordered 1 pair shoes from there and they sent me fake and wrong product, when i ask them about the fake product they ask me to send it back on H. They promised a laptop and took money, but it was never delivered

I buy a lot of stuff online. I wanted a 2nd hand laptop, and so I began searching and found them. They were selling Amazon renewed products at a lower price. I even checked their background. So, I ordered a Mac book pro 16 inch. And made the payment of Rs 15000

I bought an online Dell Laptop from Gadgetsguru.com, However due to personal reason cancel the order before even it was shipped to me. i was promise refund from the Customer Care however after that i never received any email or the product or any phone call from them.

Nor i received the refund as its still doesn't reflect in my Credit Card Statement.

I ordered for a Sony Dictaphone through Gadgets Guru.com - Order no CM28509616 and have been trying to contact them but no one seems to answers my calls it goes to a answering machine and no response to my emails, my credit card has been charged Rs. 6100/- I am not sure if this is a fraud company and should i complaing through a police station??

Product Not Delivered even after 2 weeks

I made the order on 26th March, and the payment of 4200/- was confirmed by the gadgetsguru.com staff. The staff was extremely prompt in their responses until the payment was made. Since then, i have been waiting for my order and sent several email queries. All queries are being ignored and customer care guys are being extremely rude and indifferent. This is not a good site for shopping. I seriously regret my decision of going with this site...
