[Resolved] GE Money Cash Card — Harrasement

Dear Sir/Madam This is to inform you that Myself Swapnila Khavnekar from Mumbai. Im not using any credit cards or cash cards of GE money. Still the representatives of GE Money cash card (New Delhi) are callling me daily 3 to 4 times for recovery of money. They are telling me that they want to talk to Miss.Navnita Naidu. They are having my cell no. Im using that cell from last 3 years. I had already informed to all the representatives of GE Money cash card that im not the right person to call. Im not Navnita naidu. Every time they apologises & again calls me everyday. What should i do? Representatives tell me that the call is computer generated they can't help for that but the data in the computer can be updated. They are not updating there data & again & again calls me. Im too FRUSTATED. They are harassing me... Is this the way too harrase the person by calling them daily 3-4 times.. or im a fool to attend there call everytime & answer them that im not NAVNITA NAIDU. U r calling the wrong person Or im seating here free to attend their calls & entertain the GE Money cash card representatives...?????? This is for your information & necessary action. GE Money Cash Card — loan is not reducing

I have taken loan before three years ago by cash card No.[protected] of Rs.39, 000/- and I am paying month by month 1, 700 some thim 2, 000/- also according there statement. It appears that I already paid near about Rs.60, 000/-, but my loan is not decreasing and is is till Rs.31, 799/- according there statement for the month oc February2009. Some time I have receive threatening over the telephone from Delhi. I want your help. Please do something for me and for my family.

GE Money Cash Card — Harrassment- Leakage of financial data

Hi,

I have been using the GE Money Cash Card for over 17 months and have been regular in its payments. I am a small business owner and have been affected by the financial slowdown in the recent few months. Due to which I was unable to make payment of the minimum due for the past 2 months i.e. Jan and Feb. I received numerous calls (Ranging upto 10 per day) as reminders. I explained to them my constraints and asked them to collect a lump sum payment in March 1st Week. I was willing to pay the late fee and interest charges on the same.

Despite informing the center numerous times I was continuously harassed with calls starting from 8:00 am in the morning. I obliged by answering and explaining my constraints. The calls did not stop. I was unable to answer most of the calls considering my busy schedule. After which I was called on my Official Number, which is a business line. I requested and warned them to not make calls on my official number. However they continued to do so. My office received a call on the afternoon of 16th Feb '09 when I was out on a meeting with some clients. The agent leaked information about the credit card outstanding to my subordinates. This information has traveled across and is extremely disturbing for me. I feel mentally harassed by the bank doings. I have spoken with their Head Office about this matter and wanted to cancel the card.

The Head office personnel has denied cancellation and only has an apology to offer. I am not happy with the apology and feel cheated. I look forward for the consumer forum to assist me and do justice to my case.Please help me.

Dear Sir/Madam,
I am staying in Jivrajpark (ahmedabad).I am receiving unnecssary call from Bombay office & no. is[protected].We are genune family.Thing is that A person is wants to talk with Amratlal Bhati & he is using abusing words to us & tells us to call him.We don't want to talk with amratlal Bhati as Our relation is not good with him.I found that This Amratlal had misuse our personal no. for loan.We are not part of that.Still we are receiving 6 to 7 calls per day from this no.Sir you please help us.My family is totally disturbed from this calls.If person wants to recover money or wants anything.So he has to do directly contact to Amratlal.Why he is disturbing to us.Plz.take an action regarding this.I hope you will help me.

Every one has same problem, You should take action against Harassment... because continuously harassed with calls starting from 8:00 am in the morning to evening 8:00. lots of call from a day, and repeated same thing everyday, and they also use bad language and threatening given by them...
