Dear sir ,
Please refer my Credit Card no [protected]. in this regard I would like to inform you, that I have made a payment of Rs.400 /-(four hundred) in the month of Feb. 2009 at your Pune office by cash.(Receipt No:-ZPUN166234. Dt. 05/02/09 Statement Dt. - 24 Jan 2009.) But it was not yet credited in my account and also charged to me late payment charges.
In this regard I have visited several time in Ge Money Pune office & called call center for reversal of payment the amount of Rs. 750/- (late fee 350/- + payment 400/- )but there is no response.
Please take Necessary action
