[Resolved]  Go Indigo Airlines — mishandling of baggages

Dear Sir, With due regards, I am extremely sorry to mention that I was travelling from Ahmedabad to Mumbai by Flight No.6E 216 on 28Mar'11 alongwith my family but after reaching Mambai when I collected my baggages from the belt conveyer, I was shocked to seemy the condition of my bag. It was absolutely mishandled resulting in breakage of rolling wheels and the built- in- lock. I immediately contacted your crew members but they did not pay any heed to complaint. My reference No. is [protected]. I am now froced to lodge this complait with the hope of some action to avoid recurrence of such incidents in future and suitable compensation towards the damage of my baggages. Thanking you.
