[Resolved] Godrej — Cabinet damaged

I have purchased Godrej gds 400 wahing machine , the outer body got rusted soon and broke , even though the machine is in fully working condition iam unable to use the same , i tried each and every where for the cabnit , as the modle has stoped so the cabinet is not avaliable now ,all the delears say. I purchased a semi automatic washing machine model GDS 950 on 17.8.2010. Since very beginning it is not working properly and has manufacturing defect. I made a complaint on 24.8.2010 vide no.425104 but till date no one bothered to attend it. Poor Quality product and poor service response. Be careful while listening to the customer care people they assure you orally but will not do any act.
