[Resolved] Godrej — Door Lock Problem

I had purchase one Godrej Refrigerator Model GFE 29/2009 in October, 2009, mere 2 months ago. The very next day of its delivery, it was found that the door lock was not functioning properly. Since then many complaints has been lodged with Godrej Service Centre at Bhubaneswar, Orissa as well as through their Toll Free Number. But no action has been taken by Godrej till date. When i asked to their Area Executive at Bhubaneswar, Orissa, only reply is being given that we are trying. If this is situation happens by Godrej for providing after-sales service, being such a reputed company. How consumer will believe in Godrej products. Was this information helpful? No (0) Yes (0)

Hello

I would wan to first know, why do you need a doorlock..

Hope you are not storing crores of rupees or diamonds in the refrigerator..

leaving that aside, While leaving the warehouse the refrigerators are checked and godrej being a good company checks it 3 times so may be its not there fault..

Its your fault..

May be your daughter/son poked the lock with compass or any other pointed device..

this cant be handled by us!
