Government — Passport not received

I have applier for my spouse pasport.Application date 22 Jan 2010 and the File no HYDA004420/10.When i checked the update on 25 Mar it said it will be dispached in weeks time and i have an update on 08 Apr 2010 on the passport enquire site saying"It is to regret that due to unavoidable circumstances he despatch of Passport has been delayed and will now be despatched in a week's time".We are not able to know when exactly the passport is going to reach us.

Hi its vinay from goa and iam about to open a cyber cafe in busy tourist area and i personally think that you can get all your procedures solved at the panchayat level like getting the noc which is also the license and police clearance and maintaining the records. And i think thats it. First ill do it and later tell you people about my progress. Thanks
