GREAT INDIA TRAVELS — not give hotel when i want

i booked package with great india travel & pay payment online rs. 5499 + 5499 for two packages in india any time in 1 year time limit , my payment id is 9525249 / 9525357 . now he dont give me hotel in mumbai or lonawala or gujrat , i want this center or my payment refund urgent .
