Tell me the procedure for payment as soon as possible.,
I have also been allotted a 120 Sq mtr plot in BHS09, and me too is concerned abt the high Costruction rates that they are charging from us.
I also am in sink with what the group has felt, we definately have to put across our concerns so that we are not taken for granted but also ensure that this is done in a manner so that it does not slow down the construction of our flats.
Have we filed the RTI, has the construction started for XU III,

I have been alloted a house as well, was shocked to know the humungous cons cost, have just paid my Installment yesterday and am confused on the course of future action.
Pls count me in the list of the sufferers ...its only for our wellbeing to act NOW...

The GNIDA has trapped us. They are charging atleast 8 lacs more than the actual costing.
The only way out is to take the details under RTI act and than to takeup the matter in the
court.Someone has to take initiative and we have to fight collectively.

Thanks to all of you for making a common forum to address the issues related to allotment of plot and tell what are chances in long run because in short run it is not so good at all.
