Dear Support,
I am using Idea Net Setter(No:-[protected]) since June, 2009. My rate plan is Net Setter 399 and my credit Limit is Rs 1200.
Since some days I am unable get connection, I also took to your employee at Vashi Idea gallery and on Customer care no regarding same but none of your Employee giving me satisfactory answer.
I got Unbilled Amount of Rs. 4,570.00 but my credit limit is only Rs 1000 so, just I want to know how it is possible at your end.
It would be Great if you give me quick response regarding the same.
