I am central Govt. Employee working in Ministry of Home Affairs and deposited NOC for my self and my dependent wife and two children issued from my department at the time of while gone for date of appointment at PSK Herald House, Delhi on 20/08/2013. As per the Rules, the police verification is done after the issuance of Pass Ports in the case of Central Govt. Employees if they deposit their NOC issued from their Departments, whereas, in my case the police verification was conducted before getting my pass ports on 07/09/2013. And till date (13.09.2013), I am still in non possession of my pass ports. I am having such grievances because of my colleagues who had applied for Pass Ports along with me got their Pass ports within 2-3 days after their date of appointments and that too before Police verification. My File No. details along with my wife and two dependent children are as under:

16/8/2013 i applied normal fresh passport .my police verification is done but my passport still not come. two time i go to passport office they said to me wait 15 to 20 days but To no avail. sir please help me this is very important for me.

My name is Gopi residing at Mambakkam Chathram village, Tiruttani Taluk, and I hereby cordially submit that on 05.10.2014 as I was riding two wheeler from Valasarawalkam towards Vadapalani near Avichi School bus stop, I lost my passport (No. R 031627) along with my handbag.
