(Here I requested to the all the departments of PUBLIC GRIVIENCS you just see this mail here when I asked to the GTM TELESHOPPING people regarding my parcel reached or not till date they rejected that they have not reached it to them but today when I complaint to the higher authorities of POSTAL DEPARMENT now they have agreed that they got it earlier only.)
This is hari and i have sent a parcel on 25th of April 2011 to GTM TELESHOPPING, NEW DELHI ADDRESS AND I HAVE TAKEN RECEIPT ALSO BUT AFTER COMPLAINING TO THE HIGHER AUTHORITIES OF GTM TELESHOPPING THEY ARE TELLING THAT, IT IS NOT REACHED TO THEM AND I WANT TO KNOW WHERE MY PARCEL GONE. I HAVE BOOKED PARCEL IN "Bharathi Nagar Post Office. LIG colony, BHEL, R.C.Puram, hyderabad-502032, weight of the parcel is approximately 600 Grams; today i got call from GTM Customer care Mr.rakesh told that the parcel not reached to them
No.1 Cheaters in Teleshopping in INDIA “GTM TELE SHOPPING PVT LTD”, Once with their adds i have purchased SHANI RAKSHA KAWACH(15th of March 2011), they have given 100% money back guarantee if i did not get any satisfaction within 30 days, and I have established in my home as per their procedure i followed everything, but i did not get any satisfaction in 30 days so finally i decided to return back to the company and i called to the customer care number on last month 13th of April 2011 for return to the company and to take my money back they have replied that they will do very big pooja on my name then i will get any good satisfaction from any where so they requested me to wait for 17th of April but i asked them to provide the address of the company but they refuse to give the address of company to send the parcel to the company, and finally they have requested me to wait for 4 to 5 days but did not get any good news or any others so finally i called to customer care again on 18th of April they told that again they will do pooja on my name so this time i will get good news definitely I did not get any satisfaction and again I called to them regarding for money back guarantee but then they are refuse to pay the money back guarantee but they are ready to pay the value back guarantee but I rejected for value back guarantee and I thought to complaint to the direct GTM TELESHOPPING PVT LTD, so finally I have sent a mail to the GTM TELESHOPPING id, after 3 days Mr.Rakesh called me and asked every thing what had happen earlier and finally he told that on special they will give the money back guarantee and requested me first send parcel immediately so i have sent parcel on 25th of April. And i have called to the customer care department no. [protected] after some days, when i enquired to them regarding this matter, their reply is they will send money after 10 days of parcel reached to them and again i called to them they have given one number [protected] to know more, and when i called to the provided number they are simply telling that you can call to customer care number once they will give the information regarding this, and i called 5 times but response is nil so finally i have sent a mail to the customer care id they have given reply is below and i have sent a mail to them with their requirements but still i did not get any reply from the company,
And earlier this type of issue has happened same to my colleague, he has ordered one item and it has been reached successfully to him but it has damaged, when call to customer care they requested to sent back to the following address and he has not yet received the good piece when ever he called to customer care people they will simply telling that your parcel is not reached to them so finally he left that...........
Here in My case i also thinking that when they get the parcel whey will hide this parcel, and when ever the customer called to the customer care they simply tell that your parcel is not reached us, as soon as reached we will send the money back and they disconnect the phone, and like this they are always disconnecting my call and i have sent so many mail but they are not ready to pay the money back to me
And after 1month of sending parcel to the company they are not agreeing that the parcel has been reached to them today after giving complaint to the higher authorities of POSTAL DEPARTMENT some lady called me [protected] and telling that they have reached the parcel and they are going to pay the amount of 2/3 of the total amount I asked why.? But she simply given reply is presently they don’t have money back guarantee, now they have only value back guarantee so if I want to take any other item they will give 100%value back if not they are going to give only 2/3 of the money but I rejected that finally she told that it is company policy, I asked her that when I called on 13th of April their customer care executive told that they will pooja if I does not get any satisfaction they I can send the product to the company they have not given address to me even and asked them, in your policies if customer calls for return the item should the customer care people have to deceive the customer. Finally she is not ready to listen my voice she simply says that if I want to wait for 1year then only they are ready to pay the money back guarantee 100%.
Here I requested to the all the departments of PUBLIC GRIVIENCS you just see this mail here when I asked to the GTM TELESHOPPING people regarding my parcel reached or not till date they rejected that they have not reached it to them but today when I complaint to the higher authorities of POSTAL DEPARMENT now they have agreed that they got it earlier only.
And I request to the concern department You should have to take serious action and cancel their Firm Registration and take them into Custody of Police and do necessary enquiry and finally they should be punished, and my money back should i have get immediately with 10000 rupees compensation for delaying the money and this money should send to my address
AND in all ELECTORNIC MEDIA they are giving advertisement to attract to the public because so many popular channels are there on their GOODWILL the public is being cheated with this type of GTMTELE SHOPPING CHEATERS so i request you to ALL ELECTRONIC MEDIA PLEASE STOP TAKING ADVT from this type of cheaters and take good Advt which is helpful to the public
