I brought a bradband connection from Hathway Broadband Internet based in chennai.
I took a six month plan for which I gave the advance.
As my connection was getting near to three month of service, I got a call from Hathway Broadband Internet that my connection is due for renewal and will expire after completion of three months of service.
I got surprised and I apprised the Hathway Broadband Internet executive that I have taken connection for six month for which I have paid advance and I have physical recipt as a proof to back my claim.
She responsed that she will get back to me. After completion of three month Hathway Broadband Internet disconnected the internet connection.
On several rounds of follow-ups the answer which till date I get is we will get back to you. We have register you complain. We have forwarded your complain to renewal department, we will get back to you. It been more than 20 days that internet connection is off.
Please help me.
