Dear HCL, I am using HCL desktop computer at my home and machine Serial number is "3087AZ157549", Product Code-AZ001046A & Monitor No is-[protected] bought this on 11.05.2008. It has 36 months warranty with it which is clearly mentioned on warranty card. Now I am facing in this machine monitor problem in its display. Kindly send your Hcl engineer at my mention address.Please contact me soon... HCL Desktop — CD-ROM NOT WORKING

I hav pur. a desktop of hcl on 31 may 2009, and now i facing problem related to to dvd-rom, now my cd-rom is not working prperly. it doesn't read any cd or any of dvd.

HCL Desktop — monitor is faulty

Model-EZEEBEE TOP Z321 C2D,MODEL NUMBER-AZOO1123, SERIAL NUMBER-7097AZ000621.
THE MONITOR OF THIS COMPUTER IS FAULTY, SOME TIMES AUTOMATICALLY OFF. MONITOR IS TO BE CHANGED IMMIDIATELY.

HCL Desttop — Monitor not working

I had purchase HCL desttop from Croma - Vadodara on 8th Dec.2009. After installation monitor is getting closed within 5 to 10 seconds. I register my complain to Croma, complain no.- 22C0398. They are not responding me. Due to this i have to make lote of phone calls to them and i loose my 20000 Rs.business also.
