[Resolved]  HCL Desktop — Bad services

Dear sir/madam

my name is praveen chauhan S/O shri Rana Bahadur Chauhan residence of B-18/5 G.F, Sec. 71 Noida, U.P
pin 201301.
i have purchased a hcl desktop computer in april 2008...now there is some problem in monitor, so i registered a complaint aginst on[protected] bt there was't taken any action for a long time.......after two month again registered a new complaint than they attend my call and say my monitor is not repairable and give me 15" color monitor as standby and takeover my 17" monitor....and "my monitor is not repairable"........this is written by hcl engineer.........

now they give me 17" flat monitor when i say am going to Consumer form......bt it is also a bad condition monitor...... so wt can i do plesae help me........this monitor also not in good condition and the service centre no alway busy.......here is no response.....

i hope u will take a hopefully action against My complaint as soon as possible.....

i have up set with hcl product last 20 day pl close the hcl and do not sale ur product i[censored] donot give better service i go to do some thing extra

Dear Sir/Madam,

This is to inform you that from last three months i have been lodging my complaint on rectification of my computer, but till date, no positive action has been taken by your representative. My previous complaint no is[protected]. As advised by your representative, again I have lodged new complaint vide no is 02B090243, dated 2.11.2009 and thereafter your representative attended the complaint and taken the CPU to rectify the same at the service center, but my repeated reminders over phone, nobody from your office has turned up to return the CPU after rectification.

I regret to inform you that since a company like HCL is not able to fulfill to attend the customer's problem in a professional way, I am not interested to continue the AMC service provided to me by you.
am a customer of hcl i have buyed a destop in september 2009.their is problem in my lan card.pls send ur executive to repair it or ans my query [protected]

computer is not working

when I switch on the pc it receives supply but there is no signal is found in my moniter.
