[Resolved] HCL Desktop — Problem in CPU

Respected Sir, We purchased an Hcl Desktop on 16th oct 2009 of serial no.9097AZ029718 and now after two and a half months only the computer has stopped working and is showing no signal input as we switch it on.We made a similar complaint (Complaint No.[protected] earlier as well but we didn't get any response.I hope that my complaint will be taken seriously since we are facing serious problem from last two and a half months.I would be very thankful if you take an immediate action as soon as possible or else i will have to go to the consumer forum. HCL — problem with cpu

i have a desktop of hcl
it's cpu gives electric shocks
sometimes it's monitor doesn't work sometimes keyboard and sometimes dongle doesn't work
it's usb driver also has some problems
