[Resolved]  HCL Desktop — changing of defective product in warranty period.

I purchased pc at 24.03.08 and I got many problem. 2 motherboard and a hard disk had changed.
It is giving many problem day by day.Machine serial no.2084AZ325894 hcl desktop ezeebee.
I reported service center many times but system’s problems was not completely removed.
So I told for replace this defected piece to service center incharge(Ajay). But center incharge did not change the defected piece.
My last complaint no.is ISPJPR[protected] on 14.08.08 that is not solved till now.
No one is giving CEO’s no. of hcl company.
So, I want new pc otherwise I will take action through the CONSUMER’S COURT of India.Reply me following address :

sir, i own a hcl PC(out of warranty) and facing a lot of problem with the monitor (HCL - HCM780M) . the menu buttons are automatically pressed and the screen gets resized and adjusted creating lot of inconvinence when ever i on the computer . so plz., tell me how to get my problem solved and the charges to be levied.
We purchase 12 server and 48 Client server with Printer and UPS in April 2008. After this Some time 4 Server had problem in startup. We have done so many complaint at Jaipur and Jodhpur regional office. But no action done. So Pl do necessary action.

HCL/Desktop Computer — Defective machine and not replacing it within warranty period

Dear Sir,
I bought a HCL desktop, machine no.A087AZ073589, code:Z001089 on 29.04.2009 from a hcl sub dealer Mr. Ashok Roy of Denic internatonal, NSC Bose Rd, Kolkata.During installation it was found windows not loading, suspected ram defective and hence Mr.Roy changed the ram with a new one from his shop with prior permission from HCL and found all ok.Thereafter he took back the original ram keeping his own one in the machine. After about a week he came and replaced his ram with company's serviced ram. Onedy later, the computer started giving problem.It was starting and stopping by itself. I booked a service call on 23/5/09, call no.344. Service engineer came and he susupected again ram problem and so he took the ram and after fews days he came with an another serviced ram.After put back the ram, he could not solve the problem and he left with his service report and the machine being in not working condition.He also found dot marks on the TFT screen. After this I call both HCL(Mr. Joy Banerjee-[protected]) and Mr. Roy([protected]) for its replacement as both TFT & CPU are bad. So far I am just hanging around..no action being taken.
So, I therefore request you to kindly do the needful so that I may get the replacement as soon as possible as I have to move outstation for my work.

HCL Computer — motherboard defective

there was the problem in the mother board and the same was collected by the company from our office but 15 days have passed but there is no response from the company and all the telephones have no response . we have tried there telephone no's 1000 times but no body is picking the phone.
i dont know what to do.
I have purchased a computer in the month of 7/09. There is a problem in the sound.On approaching the dealer I am guided to register the complaint to the company.Therefore it is requested that the problem may please be attended.My address is :-Takdir Kadian Village & P.O.Beri Pana Chulian Distt.Jhajjar Haryana.
