Bad Service of HCL Computer Ltd. authorized service centerDear Sir, Date: 20/03/2010
I have a Desktop Computer of HCL Company. I had purchased the same on 25/12/2006. On 12/01/2010 the same computer was stop working and there was no display on the machine we are go to HCL authorized Service Center at M/S Foretech Computer Systems Pvt. Ltd, 81/1 Nehru Palace, Opp. Jagat Cinema, Begum Bridge Meerut U.P. with CPU Machine they check it and told us that the Mother Board is damaged. They also told us that I had to pay Rs. 4000/- for the Mother Board and give us the warranty for 2 years, they also told us that we have to pay Rs. 2500/- as advance and balance at the time of receiving of the machine. I had pay Rs. 2500/- to them they promise us to give our machine with in 15 days. After 20 days we follow up with the service center they told us that our machine still not repaired and give them 1 week time more. After that they give us the machine on 6/03/2010. I had pay them Rs. 1500 and Rs. 1175/- for updating the RAM. But when we try to start the computer at our palace it was not yet start. On 7th of March I again reach to the service centre and tell them that the machine is not working. They check it and tell me that the mother board which they Installed is also not worked and told me that they send my machine to HCL Computers Ltd. Noida office for repairing and it will take minmum 2 or 3 days. But till 20/03/2010 I had not received my machine. When I call to service center they told me that the Part of the machine which they receive from the company was not OK or was not good. I am very depressed from the behavior of the service center people. You are requested to look into the matter and take the proper action against M/ S Foretech Computer Systems (p) Ltd and M/S HCL Computers Ltd.

hcl -desktop — monitor issue
This is brought to ur notice that a complaint was filed regarding machine serial number 1084AZ269833//pdt desc--EZEEBEE MAX Z991 C2D//pdt code-AZ000998//regarding the performance of monitor on 17/02/09//
COMPLAINT NO.[protected]
and the technician reported on 24//02/09 --who confirmed the problem, however instead of providing solution gave an assurance that another tecnician would visit the machine b/w 24-48 hrs.
from that day onward no one has come to repair//resolve the damn machine
so if this forrum could do anything about the issue, would be highly appreciated
atleast let those brand makers aware of the issues, but one guess is that they know there machines are bound to go bad within stipulated time frame and they have no resulution, hence they dont even care
so much for brand HCL-ha ha ha!!!
moral of the story--dont go for brands/ or customer service becaz nothing like that exist
