[Resolved]  HCL Desktop — Unsatisfactory after sales services

Research, Reference and Training Division, Ministry of I&B purchased a number of Desktop and a server from HCL through NICSI on 3 Years Warranty.
The complaints used to be attended by engineers located in NIC building, CGO Complex in New Delhi-3.
Of late either the phone of the complaint centre is found busy or no body picks it up.
Even if the complaints are lodged no body turn up to attend.
One such complaint No. is N[protected] for which more than 4 telephonic reminders ahve been lodged but no one has bothered to act.
