Hi i have bought kodak mini 200 from E-Zone Pune , photos come with a dark spot on screen from the first day o[censored]se. E-zone directed me to go HCL infosystem Pune to report the problem as they are authorized service center for Kodak.
At HCL infosystems pune Viman Nagar customer service is a harassment as he asked me for a ID proof photo copy if I am the authentic buyer of that product. Once he gave check to camera he said camera has been damaged and no warranty applies to it , and now it is a chargeable repair.
There is whatsoever so marks on the camera which suggest that its damaged, and hardly been used for single day. When I told them that I not going to pay for anything and I am going to report it to Kodak , the reply was that we are HCL and we have nothing to do with Kodak. HCL infosystem only registers complain for HCL products. So i have no escalation matrix online , and dont want to run around every office of HCL for escalation like 1960s.
