[Resolved]  HDFC Bank Home Loan, Rbs Credit Card, HSBC Personal Loan, ICICI Bank Credit Card — my name is wrongly mentioned in in my cibil report as i have all NOC from various banks.

Sir,
I have my cibil report dtd.09.05.2011 in which i have noticed that my name is wrongly mentioned in cibil. as i have all NOCs from various banks/credit cards (HDFC Home loan, RBS Credit card, ICICI Bank credit card, HSBC personal loan, City Bank personal loan).
i hereby submit scanned copy of NOCs of above mentioned banks and credit cards for your ready ready reference.
i request you to write off my name from my cibil report so that i can able to get new home loan as early as possible.

ICICI Bank — Credit Card and Personal

Dear Sir,

I used to have a credit card of ICICI bank which was cancelled 3 years back. But now for the last three months i am getting threatening tele phone calls in my cell, my residence land line and even to my wife's phone. I have never taken any peronal loan from the concerned bank using my credit card. But now they are threatening that i have to pay 40 immediately and otherwise they will start proceeding against me.

Please suggest me what i should do.
