I have lodged a complaint on Aug 27th, number 3939 and another one several days later 6020 and called up several times in last 10 days to get this fixed, everytime I get a standard answer: I am sorry, it will get done today and then noone shows up. This is my last attempt to contact you guys before I lodge a formal complaint against hindware and take this forward. This is true cheating and shows your behavior towards customers after they have bought your product. I would like to know WHY was this not handled for 10 days. What is the action you are going to take for your service center when you give 24 hrs to complete this request and it doesn't get done for 10 days. Was this information helpful? |
