Dear Sir,
I am using HONDA CITY car No. MH -12 EG - 9507, purchased from your Authorised Dealer M/s. Deccan Honda , Pune .
I am getting serviced my vehicle on regular basis from Deccan Honda only.
Few months back i have sent my vehicle for servicing and informed them that there is a breaking noise and clutch noise as well.
The service engineer Mr, Praveen Salunkhe has advised me to change break pad and one spring so that the noise will go permanently
and accordingly we agreed and he changed the same - but still the Noise was there.
After a month , again when we complained about the Noise , he had advised us to replace some parts.
We gave the vehicle for rectifying the Noise , he replaced the part - but still the Noise was there.
Again we told him immediately that the Noise is still continuing again he had asked us to replace Handbreak wire and
he got it replaced - But still the Noise was there.
After talking to Mr. Rajesh - Service Head ( Manager ) , he had asked advised us that he will send his technician to my residence and get it checked
and ASSURED us that there wont be any Noise hereafter..
And every time we have been assured that if the Noise continues we will return your Money.
We had no option other than listening to Senior Person and we did exactly what he said.
but... but...Very Sorry to inform you that the NOISE IS STILL THERE.....
Request you to look into this matter seriously and try to give us the justice..
