My Honda city car is nearing completion of 1 lakh km. The performance of the car is very good though. I have been servicing the car only at Honda authorized service centers and dealers.
Now I have requested Honda car to provide me the details of the servicing schedule of 1 lakh km. My interaction with two dealer service centers have not yielded any satisfactory response.

I bought Honda Civic car from Ring Road Honda in Delhi in Nov 2007.
My decision of buying the Honda Car was based on nothing else but quality product & that's why I agreed to shell out more money as I was under impression that I am buying quality product.
No doubt that worldwide Honda is a very big brand & known for its quality products.
But definition of 'worldwide' by Honda standards includes...

It is quite surprising to note that apparently Honda Car Co. in India, doesn't involve themselves with the quality of the services offered by their authorised service centre.
The above statement is on the base of my experience with the Car company.
I had given my car for servicing at one of the authorised service centre.
First of all the bill made for servicing was wrongly charged/overcharged to the extent of 80%...
