My 2.5 years old bike(TS10EZ8536) is getting more repairs and after servicing also getting new problems. ABS light is blinking while running, noise is comming from handle & lower side of back seat. Lock system is not working properly.

      My honda unicon byke KL47A3211 Was given for the service at irinjalakuda jhons honda in 13/6/2015 . When i was given for the service the main complaints are abnormal sound of engine, abnormal variation in headlamp But these complaints have no Solution when i return back my bike.I paid 1170 rupees for this.         While riding the bike, it started with light sound.Immeidately, the bike was given in the nearest showroom at Pattambi on 5/9/2012. They informed that some spares have to be obtained from Bangalore and I waited till date (6/10/2012) without any positive reply. I have been much inconvenienced with this and I request you to kindly look into this and reply immeidately.

        Honda unicorn bike — Theft of bike battery

        I stay in Bellandur area in Bangalore.
        I parked my bike outside the house in the regular place. Last night (11th June 2009) someone tore my bike seat completely and removed the Battery from it.

          Myself brajesh singh have purchased a new honda CBunicorn MH-01-AU-6386 on 23/11/2010.

          Right from the date of purchase my bike was full of problems as,
          1- white smoke
          2- engine vibration
          3- very low average
          Insipte of my repeated complaints service station (Om sai auto world, mahim, reti bandar)
          Not solved the problem, in this process they opened my sealed engine for repairing process four times,
          I got done my 4 free services at mahim service station accordingly and punctualy but still the same problem persist, so i think i have got the damaged piece of bike.
          So please i want justice done to me by honda company beacuse inspite of thier effect and work done by them promblem is yet not solved i think i have been cheated by the honda company.

            I purchased a honda unicorn bike on[protected]. The meter showing the level of fuel bacame still within one month. Their service centre (KTC Honda)people are very casual after repeated complaints. so throuh their site lodged a complaint. after 5 months a person from Bangalore called from Honda and told they are out of stock and I will get it repaired soon. after that till date no delopment. The meter has not get repaired yet. Very bad customer service indeed from Honda [protected]@gmail.com

              With whom should I get in touch! I brought the Honda Unicon and within 2 month I faced the problem that was... my bike was not getting start, kick was free (there were no effect) it was not starting... I went through walk at my home twice in 3 months. Now its more than 3 years... I am facing the same problem in almost every 3, 4 months.. I am really not able to drive the bike more than 5 KM. I can not move it on Highway.

              Let me know what should I do? Your service centers are not able to fix this problem. Now shall I go with that Value or Compressor manufacturer?

              My younger brother has Honda Shine but he tooo have the same problem, what the hell !!
              I am really not satisfy with the bike performance, there is always fears when it fails and I have to call the mechanic. Please give me my money back, I had given 66 thousand cash. I will not recommend Honda's bike to anyone.

              This is Ashok Parmar
              I am also facing the same problem(engine lost the pressure) with Honda unicon bike.
              The bike stalled in the middle of the road. Temporary solution is opened the sparked plug and put some petrol/oil in the engine from the plug opening and the bike started.

              Then after every 500 to 1000 km or twice in months, I faced the same issue.

                  i ordered some parts 2weeks ago and today morning they said parts are ok .and ireached showroom with my bike and there is no parts and acssesories.the employees and the managements are very useless . and i got wast of my valuable timeand money.so i request that get my parts and service my bike by the next monday.

                  @ibby: I agree with you. i am a honda customer for the past 4 years. I can accept that Honda produces quality products and have high engine life n stuff. but their service networks suck big time. Especially when it comes to parts, there is no availability in any of the centers. once my rear break pedal broke in a minor crash and the Honda ppl dint have a stock of tat part. Frustrated by this i called the customer care and they told me i'll be GETTING THE PART IN 20 DAYS TIME... Did they expect me to ride my bike without a rear break for 20 days?????? Funny Guys!!!

                    I have met an accident and i have given my honda unicorn bike for accident claim to Purackal Motors,polachirackal chambers, opp collectrate,kottayamPh[protected]
                    on Dt 01/02/2011 and my job card no.10JC14830 Reg No KL-35 A-7461
                    from last 2 month i am runnig towards the dealer many time & teliphoncally also i am contacting for the repair of my bike but till date i havent received my bike since i dosent have bike i i have to spend arround for convaince since i am a marketing personal how could i manage without bike.
                    Every time i am getting the responce that speares are not available from honda maotors what can we do?So kindly help me in this regard.

                      I HAVE A UNICORN MODEL BIKE. I BOUGHT THIS FROM MARIKAR MOTORS TVM KERALA ON 26 JAN 2010.MY VEHICLE HAD COMPLETED AROUND 12600 KM. AT THE TIME OF DELIVERY VEHICLE HAD SO MANY PROBLEMS.AFTER GIVING MY VEHICLE TO THE SERVICE CENTRE SO MANY TIMES THEY CLEARED MY COMPLAINT.BUT NOW THE VEHICLE IS PRODUCING SOME IRREGULAR SOUNDS DURING RIDING.IT IS FOUND THAT THE VALVE INSIDE THE ENGINE HAVE SOME PROBLEM.I WANT A SOLUTION FOR THIS. THE VEHICLE HAVE WARRANTY.WHEN I GAVE MY BIKE TO FOURTH SERVICE THEY TOLD ME THAT TIME FOR SERVICE OVER AND THEY CANCELLED MY FOURTH SERVICE. IF I WANT FOURTH SERVICE I HAVE TO PAY SOME AMOUT. WHAT SHOULD I DO? FROM THE TIME OF DELIVERY THE VEHICLE HAVE SO MANY PROBLEMS AND I CAN'T RIDE MY BIKE.PLS GIVE A SOLUTION FOR THIS.

                        myself D P singh, working as assistant professor in NIT Raipur.My trust with honda company lies on date back to yr 2005 when i purchased unicorn bike-when first bike was launched by hond in india.but i have lost my all trust and very much frusteted with very poor quality of service and unavilability of parts.i m in dilemma that now what i should do with my bike.

                          For your preference of power commuter bike, honda unicorn, suzuki gs150r and hh hunk are good choices. All three are very similar in ride and performance and even similar quality. I[censored]nicorn is not available, just go and buy suzuki gs150r or herohonda hunk. They are also good bikes and in fact have more features like digital meter than unicorn. Hunk has rear disc brake. The gs150r has engine balancer and 6th gear for highways and also is very smooth at high speeds. The only plus o[censored]nicorn is monoshock, which makes it easier to bend the bike while turning. For city riding, monoshock or dual rear shock does not matter.

                            I purchased a new honda unicorn bike having engine no KC09E -1067417 and frame no ME4KC09 -3E98066080 from Vahini motors Kollam, Kerala on 28.05.2009.But this bike pass 1300km without any complaint.this time i am satisfied and proud of this bike. After that this vehicle not pulling properly according toyour design..it gives milage of 38 only.an extra sounds from engine when speed is 50-60kms. I given to the service center and complained about the pulling , millage and engine sound problem on 6-7times in Honda service center .But honda service people are not responsible, they are neglecting to solve this complaint.Now the bike pass8700kms.
                            I please to tell you before some leagal proceeding,i hope youwill try to solve my problem with a favour manner for a customer.

                              I purchased honda unicorn bike from Purackel Motors Kottayam, Kerala on 24/08/09. After my third servicing on 11/11/09 ,it seen that the bike accidently stops while riding. It occurs after i ride a few kilometer from service station on 11/11/09. Within 40 kms the bike stops about 8 times. After that several times this complaint occurs... On the same day i complained @ Purackal about their poor srevicing. But they speak irrespectively towards me. So i corrected the complaint outside. Before servicing there is no such complaint for my bike. Here I would like to notify that the servicing i got from Purackal is too bad and irresponsible...I never had such an experience ever before..

I have purchased my Honda Unicorn from an authorised showroom in Kerala.Now i have to forward a complaint against the service of one of your authorized service centre in Kerala, Proper address- Vahini Honda; K.S Puram; Karunagappally; Kollam.
                              Here is my complaint following,
                              On 19-09-09 i gave my bike to the above mentioned service centre inorder to fix a problem in chain loosage and also for a paid service.Before that i didnt faced anyother problems but after this service my bike turns to damn fault. Now its not fit for proper riding.ie, engine did not stay ON for a while. And im not satisfied with the irresponsible response from the service provider. They didnt serviced my bike properly and their misbehaviour to customers provoked me a lot. Thats why i here by to post a complaint against the inconvenience from your service providers. And if you continue with the same responses your valuable customers didnt stay with you.
                              So i need your valuable reply and suggestion.And also hope you will inform the respective Dealer showroom about my complaint.

                              Honda Unicorn — improper servicing

                              I have been a customer of honda unisorn bike since last approx. 05 years but till date I have had a number of services of the bike at the authorised honda service station but till yet not even a single service has been upto the mark .Infact there is no one responsible at the station to answer or look after the problems.There is lack of experienced and skilled staff at the station.

                              Such a good produst no doubt but the bad services provided are making it all black listed.

                              Secondly,I have booked a honda activa scooter past 1.5 months paying Rs.500.00 as the booking amount but till now i havent received the scooter.Whenever i call for the delivery it is being told that the lot is about to come and it will take one more month for the delivery.

                              If possible please help me in the above problems

                              I have purchased a Honda Unicorn Bike in October 2007. After 10000 km in each 2 days I have to adjust the chain. I went to one of the Showroom in Orissa. He suggest me to change the Chain & Spocket, But Why he didnot confirm me. After change it again same problem continues to me. I have to adjust the chain alternate day. I had gone several showrooms regarding in this matter, but same problem continues upto date. Please give A suggestion What to do next ?

                              Poor Service from Honda Unicorn Dealers
                              Im Ravi from Nagercoil. I have purchased my Honda Unicorn from an authorised showroom in Nagercoil.Now i have to forward a complaint against the service of one of your authorized service centre in Nagercoil, Proper address- Marikar Motors, Nagercoil.
                              Here is my complaint following,
                              My veh model is 2007 and i gave my bike to the above mentioned service centre in order to fix a problem. Before that i didn't faced any other problems but after this service my bike turns to damn fault. Now its not fit for proper riding.ie, engine did not stay ON for a while and the engine is HEAVY RISING after riding one or two kms. And im not satisfied with the irresponsible response from the service provider. They didn't serviced my bike properly and their misbehavior to customers provoked me a lot. Most of the Unicorn customers did not satisfied because of improper servicing. All are telling the complaint against the particular service provider. We thought that there is not having proper mechanics eventhough they delivered 20-40 vehicles per day. Just pour with water in the standing position... Thats why i here by to post a complaint against the inconvenience from your service providers. And if you continue with the same responses your valuable customers didnt stay with you.
                              So i need your valuable reply and suggestion.And also hope you will inform the respective Dealer showroom about my complaint.(This is not only one customer report...most of the customer at nagercoil is suffering a lot.)

                              there is no parts in muthoot honda thodupuzha and useless staff and management.
                              I to bought my CB UNICORN from PURAKAL HONDA . My complait is that their service is very poor i am saying the truth. I to had the same experience.
