[Resolved]  Hosting.india.to — Took domain renewal amount and not renewed it or refunded the amount

I have registered a domain last year mshcad.com with hosting.india.to It got expired this year. So I made a payment through online bank transfer to his account and asked to renew the domain. After taking the domain reg fee he says that it can't be renewed as the last date for renewal was 27th nov where as the payment was made on 29th.

I don't understand how come he will raise invoice on 29th if he can not renew the domain, it is his responsibility to check whether the domain can be renewed or not before raising the invoice and taking the registration amount.

Again I asked them to refund the amount as he could not renew the said domain, instead of refunding the amount he is showing a biased outlook and asking to use it for registering a new domain or renewing the existing domains in my account, where he will credit the paid amount. But I could not find the amount being credited in my account and I don't even want to use their services any longer as their services are worst and charges are high comparing to other domain registration companies.

So Beware of fraudulent companies like hosting.india.to while registering your domain
