Unfortunately we have the low credit in our account we have made the payment for the domain renew to hosting India then later it shows like insufficient balance and they kept the domain in hold and we are unable to pay the money again using debit or credit cards.
Appreciate to solve this issue immediately since the domain was not working from past 15 days and more.
