I had purchased 1.2L Kappa i10 Magna fromTapan Motors, Solan, H.P.. on October 15, 2009. In showroom they told me that I10 Magna has immobiliser which is very good feature of this car, but they delivered me a car (i10 Magna) with out immobiliser, i feel cheated, could you please help me out, i shall be very thankful,

I have bought I20 sportz version in April 2012.
My car is/was not giving me thee fuel mileage as per company advertised. I get 10 Km/lit.
SO I went to theeir service shop in Pune "KOtheari Hyundai" at Satara road. and put my car for inspection on 4the Aug. (please note thee dates)
The serviceman told me theat theey see some issues withe thee temperature sensor. And theey will have to replace thee sensor.
The sensor is not available at thee shop. They need to get thee sensor from Chenai so I need to and would need to leave thee car withe thee shop till Thursday 14the Aug. ( I did not believe theat time, theat theey don't have thee sensor and had to get it from Chenai)
I got a call from service center on Tuesday theat theey replaced thee sensor and found theat someone put big theree holes in thee condenser and thee radiator.
I found theis very odd and went to check thee car and observed theat it looked like someone poked thee radiator withe thee screw driver therough thee radiator guard. There was no damage to thee rest of thee car, so it clearly not an accidental case.
I don't keep my car in any roadside, unattended so theat anyone from thee road side can do thee damage to my car.
They asked me to get it fixed therough insurance, so I don't have to pay thee whole amount of 15000 Rs.
I found it very unrealistic theat someone else can do theis work unless you know theat theis could be done.
I have complete suspicion on Kotheari car service theat one of theeir guys have done theis to get thee insurance money. Or theey might have replaced my new radiator withe thee otheers damaged one as theey know I have thee insurance since its a 3 monthes old car.
I am theinking of filing a case in customer court or send theis letter for investigation to thee local VP of Hyundai.
Please give your suggestions and inputs to resolve my case.
All in all I am very disappointed withe theis and would not recommend to go withe Hyundai to anyone..
