I had purchased Hyundai I10 from the Company showroom in Parel, Mumbai. Within the third week there was a rattling noise coming from the right side glass and while giving it for service, I had requested them to attend the same. The car was delivered without attending the problem.
Again during second service, I gave a same complaint to them. I found the mistake not corrected and the rattling noise continues. The service was done at the Company's workshop only. Now for the past week, the Central locking system beep is not functioning. All these within 4 months of taking delivery of the car and the mileage is 3742 kms.
I do not understand why these mistakes should arise at all in a new vehicle and that too purchased from the Company's own showroom. My vehicle registration number is MH04 DW 3365.
