To, The chief design group, i am owning the i10 magna kappa. I found the front bumper made from feeble plastic fiber and also the clip joints which are employed to fasten them with other parts are very poor.You can very well improve that by taking suitable feedback from me. I am a design engineer who also had vast exprience in FRP car bodies. You can strengthen the design by employing suitable metal fasteners to attach. I am in Bangalore. I own an i10 Sportz Kappa and learnt about the pathetic quality of the front bumper the hard way. The lower left side of it just caved in and broke when it hit the curb while parking at almost 0 kmph. Now I am a very careful driver. But will have to pay heavy price for the designer's mistake.

Is Hyundai listening ?
