hyundai car prices are different from dealer to dealer in pune, especially Garve is having more ex-show room price, insurance and RTO charges(5k more comapred to sanjay hyundai)...sanjay hyundai is having 2k more in ex-showroom price comapred to Garve...looks like hyundai dealers are cheating the customers...need to sue them or ban them in pune.
I completely agree...we bought i10 from Kothari but had given it for servicing to Garve Hyundai...but these guys are horrible. Very Very bad service... and they kept the car for 2.5 days and still did not replace the required part. I would suggest everyone to look at Kothari or Sanjay for servicing too.

I got the delivery of my car on the promised day on 28 may 2010. So far from the day i have purchased the car i have called for periodic servicing of the car, the servicing was done just like supppeerrbb!!! I didnt even tell them the things which ware to be repaired and they did it on their own and that too without charging a single rupee from meeee! Such a good service i didnt see anywhere in pune.
When i had a santro with me purchased from sanjay hyundai 5 yrs back i had a very bad experiance with sanjay hyundai.
After having an experiance with Garve hyundai i gave a referance to my 2 frenz, they purchased i10 and i20 from Garve hyundai and even they got the delivery of the car on the promissed day.
we all are really very happy with the service provided by garve hyundai
now friends it depends on us how service we want. We can get a good respons only when we try to be pollite, have some patience. why the guys will unnecessarily trouble us? they aredoing a job out there only to satisfy the customers.

Garve hyundai have extremely bad customer service quality. I are excellent at not following the commitments. This is regarding the delivery of the car, they gave so many reasons (and every time a different reason) for delayed delivery of the car. First time it was finance dept holiday, cheque not yet cleared (even though it was already cleared), this is matter of different department, the vehicle is still in transit and you can talk to the driver, the vehicle has just arrived, octroi will take a day, registration takes many days and something like the promised accessories are not in stock (this was at the time of car delivery), it will take another month to get the accessories and so on..
There are still more than those but I don't want to spend my energy and time on that.
One positive: The customer support personnel seems to be good and ready to take actions (signaling they want to improve).
I hope they improve. Good for them and us :-)

I have same exprience from this dealer, They are not paying me exchange bonus from last 7months. They are using customers money for their personal use. How shame ful things they are doing.
i gave my accent for servicing last week with some minor works. they did d routine oil check etc. and gave a bill of 3200. they gave a "ALL OK" certif. and my driver who went to collect it, had not even reached t gate of the showroom, that d clutch/gear piston broke!!! it had NO gear problem initially! it was a 'gift' from Garve guys!!! and now they want ME to get that done for Rs.6000!!!
Garve Hyundai is a very pathetic customer service experience I've had recently. I gave my i20 for minor repairs. These guys have been delaying the delivery of my car for one reason or another. It has been 15 days now against 7 days as promised by them. They come up withy some lousy reason everytime I check with them. I hope you guys understand how difficult it is to commute in Pune without a vehicle. I wish I get my car soon.

Garve!!! This is an unprofessional dealer with untrained staff. They seem disinterested in customers, there is no enthusiasm and they have more excuses than there are stars in the universe. Examples Below:
1. On entering no one approached us. We were just wandering around in their hot showroom (no AC)
2. The lady did not know anything about anything. She just provided her stock sales pitch.
3. They did not have the top end models on anything. Only the lowest and cheapest ones. When I commented that the cars look unpromising, the lady took off thinking we were just hanging around.
We continued to look at the other models WITHOUT any sales person around. We devided we wanted to test drive the i20, top end model
TEST DRIVE:
The had not car @ showroom so they arranged to send one to us.
The guy arrived about 1 hour later than what he had promised.
The Car was shoddy in condition making all kinds of noises. Steering was funny, grinding noise on accelerating on low gears.
Explanation:- This is an accident vehicle!!!
Some other nuggets for bad condition:
1. Test vehicle is used badly by customers!
2. That was broken yesterday
3. Mirror buttons are faulty because someone spilled water
During the entire test drive and conclusion of it, the sales person was talking to other customers about bookings, loans and other stuff. He did not even have time to answer my questions as he was busy on the phone.
Also, apparently to impress me, he was constantly telling his SHOWROOM or boss his schedule...
" I have to go here for taking booking money"
" I have to go somewhere else to collect the final payment cheque" and related nonsense was going on endlessly.
At least 70% of my questions were unanswered because the salesman was busy on the phone.
At the end of the drive they said "We have to leave because we have another customer to attend to!"
Very Nice. Monday I am going to book the FIAT PUNTO whose staff at Pandit Auto was Extremely professional, dedicated his entire to my test and left me with a feeling of being valued.
So if you are looking for Hyundai... STAY AWAY FORM GARVE @ WAKAD/PUNE. They are just illiterate village people with no idea how to sell cars or attend to customers who come in with wife and kids.

Hyundai i10 — It's been a month No Delivery of the Car
I booked the Car with Mithila Hyundai on 24-Mar-2011 and delivery was promised on 04-Apr-2011.Now it's a month still I have not recieved delivery.
Have been following up with Branch Manager & Customer Care but no result. I lodged the complaint with Hyundai Customer care (Complaint #[protected] but that has not worked too.
Would you please help.

i mr sate deepak booked a car by mr nitin yadav now he is sales manager in garve hyundai only he promiss me to give me 2011 model of i10 but he delever me 2010 model bad service no important to customer words.
I have sent my vehicle for services and at the time of delivery the condition was even worse than before the time of delivery. Useless Employees play trick role and are just for sake of money. They have spoiled the body of the vehicle and even made Scratch on the body and don't take people.One of the worst and services centers in pune.
Its depend on people to people experience. May be Garve Sale and Service more than 1500 vehicles monthly, if dissatisfied customers are 5 in a month so 0.3% is the dissatisfaction level which is good against industrial average. As i got good sales and service experience from Garve. My good wishes and Good comments are always with them. Dear all in case you face any problem, once contact to Garve Hyundai, Definetly you will get good response from them.

Respected sir,I the undersigned want your valuable advice regarding my complaints against M/s Rahul Auto Akurli Road, Kandivali. for not providing vehical registration no. which i have purchased through him. Five months have passed after giving him Rs. 50500/- (full payment) for two wheeler "Rodeo", they have not registered my vehicle in RTO. Till date i am not free to use my vehicle as it's on Temporary Reg. No.
I have approached M/s Rahul Auto to solve my problem,personally and on telephonic, but during these five month they only promise to solve problem after some day. I have registered NC in Samta Nagar Police Station against them.
I have all the papers/money receipts. I request you to advise me in above matter, to get my permanent RTO registration no.

Also writing bad reviews about other dlrs does not make you better! Just shows the cheap mentality of Garve Hyundai and their staff! CRM Garve Hyundai didn't even have the intelligence to change their email I'd before writing the fake review. SHAME!

Hyundai- i10 — Car delivery is delayed by 1 month
My father paid the full cost of i10-sportz on 29th january at the Hyundai showroom in ranchi.They promised to deliver the car within one month. One day, they give us a call to collect the car but when we went there, they told that car has not reached the showroom and we can not get the car that day. My father had to come back empty handed. Further, they are still delaying the delivery of the car. This is a lot of mental pressure for everybody in my home because lot of money is at stake. I want our car delivered immediately and compensation be given on account of irresponsibility of their actions.
