I have made complaint regharding RC of my New Car. 18 days has already passed from the date when I made thecomplaint through this mail. Before that I have been following with the Dealer for the last 10 Months.
This is my last call to you for redressal of my Grievance. If it would not be resolved within next 7 Days then I would not be having any recourse except going to Consumer Court for the redressal and I would try to raise this issue through Print Media also.
I hope that you understand the agony and would try to resolve the issue without any further delay.

I have bought a car model (Santro GL) from M/S Suhrit Hyundai, S-6 Building No 18-19, Gulmohar Community Center, Yusuf Sarai, New Delhi in Jan 2008. Registration no of vehichle is UP 16 S 3619. but after so many followups I have not recieved RC of vehichle till now. Please do the needfull and sugest what I have to do now ?

My dream trashed when I went to the Service center in Delhi. I stay in delhi and cann't go Chandigar everyday. And when I spoke to Charisma Hyundai Chandigar they didn't helped me.
It look as you are making fool of me. You talk lot about happy customer service and extended gurantee (about 5-years extened gurantee)but when I contacted them this week 02nd Nov 2009 they showed me their true colors.
