hyundai/santro — high estimate/poor service
i puchased santro car TN 10S 6738 in Aug 2007.I was facing problem of poor pick up since begening, brought to notice of dealer while free service as well as paid service 2-3 times.
On 29 April I took it to DSC service centre for general wash and rerctifying the pick up.
I was shocked to se the estimate of 20000/- Informed that its cranck shaft has to be replaced at my cost.
Having ignored my grievance during previous services I feel cheated. I presumed that there might be
some manufacturing default which they shld have rectified moment brought to their notice.
PL check history of my services.
I am sure company will take a call to replace the defective part as a gesture without any liabillity on me.
