Hyundai Santro GLS — Poor service on service centres
My car registration number is DL2CAD9396.This mail is regarding that i have been harassed by the people working in your North service centre, i.e. B-7, GTK Indl. Area, Near Shakti Nagar Tel. Exchange.
My vehicle's 3rd Service is due and i received a call from Ms. Komal, working at your service centre, reminding me that my vehicle's service is due today i.e. 24 Nov'08. So i took my Santro to the Service Station, which usually takes me an hour to reach from my home. And i approached the department on time, confirmed as before already i.e. 1p.m. Then it was told that you will have to leave your vehicle for a day for Service because they have less time for the Service.
Wasn't i supposed to be informed about this when i was being called for the Service. I wasted my another hour arguing with them and another hour coming back.
My whole day was ruined in driving my vehicle to your station, arguing for what they called me in for, and driving back from the station.
I went for my Vehicle's Service which was not done even and had wasted my full day.
Who is responsible for this loss? Had i done something wrong, as i invested my faith in Hyundai and bought Santro last year.
The first two services were done fine. No problems at that time, i was satisfied.
But not this time.
No person talked to me properly and Ms. Komal had no explanation regarding, why she called and told me to get my Santro serviced, when she already knew that it could not be done that day.
Not satisfied with the service. I had not expected this from the brand name like Hyundai.
Look into the matter on priority basis.

HYUNDAI -SANTRO GLS III — NO FREE SERVICE
I am purchased a Santro GLS III on[protected]. I service was over. I purchased Salem District of Tamilnadu, India at Ramani automatives Limited. I send the vehicle for free service on 18th Decemember 2008. Still 26th, Dec, 2008, I am not receiving the vehicle.Due to their Customer Care and Service engineer's "COMMUNICATION GAP", I feel more unhappy about the brand because of poor service. Thank you

Hyundai Xing GLS — Exchange price
Sir,This is for your kind information, that I have purchased a vehivle (Hundai Santro Xing GLS) from Hinlton Hundai at Thiruvananthapuram one year ago precisely on 26.10.2009. According to your agents intimation the exchange money value for an amount of Rs.10,0000/- (Rupees Ten thousand only) will be remit within six months from the date of receipt of the vehicle. In this connection I did not get the said exchange money yet. I could not met the expense of this vehicle i.e. Insurance and some patch works. Therefore I am kindly requesting that, my exchange mone for an amount of Rs.10,000/- return/remit me at the earliest i.e. before 20th Oct. 2010 posetively.

This is absolutely not a complaint against your vehicle (Hundai Santor Xing GLS), but the attitude and affirmtion from your agents and related persons those who are dealing with the same. Therefore your esteemed organisation should come forward to solve some problems dwaling with customer and take responsibility and follow ups, what they are assuring to the customers respectively.
