So TRUE.This company is a fraud. I am planning to report their business. Me and all my friends had the same problem. Either you won't get money at all, or even worst case, you won't get any service. And obviously this all will happen after you have made your payment to IBSN.
Second thing is, IBSN guys don't know English at all. They will call you at odd times(obviously before paying them, after that they will change the numbers and vanish), have no sense of customer communication and all.
So my two cents, Don't go with this company.
Bottom Line: Very Expensive and Zero Results.

IBSN is a cheating compeny. Request you all to be aware of this compeny. Laxmi is a big cheat.

Firstly friends let me tell u about this big bang company.As u have seen many complaints about services and the salaries for the employees.
I will let another biggest mistake that the company is doing.
In the month of Dec 2008 they made few people, normal people to invest certain amount say Rs. 500000/- and with in 7&1/2 months ie; by August they are supposed to get 100% returns on installments ie; the invested amount and the bonus of Rs. 500000/- again. Fully calculated and approved legally( as per their words). Till the US season they made the payment well. But late freom April they started pleading the investors for some time. They just gave words in AIR that their amount is been blocked in US market and will return the amount along with MAY installment. Unfortunately, till now months were dragging and they are still trying to built the trust in air only.
Now they are directly asking the investors to wait till April 2010 to get their amount.
If any investor is streesig them about money, they are just raising their hands and the only statement they are giving is " GO TO HELL"
I dont know whether Mr. LPP is a Basturd or not but Mr Jollin Britto the so called JB of IBSN is literally a real basturd.A very big fowler nad bloody basturd. I dont know, being a christain how could he lie all the time.
There are hardly times where he speaks truth.I IIMs who were deputed just because of him just lost their lives now.
This gave false impression about the company and made the get tempted towards the company. For his bloody FACe he wants employees to work under him from ISB.
This standard less is talking about standars and the dignity to be maintained.
Mr. LPP unless and untill u change ur attitude and this JB, the company will not survive.

i am one of the employee to ibsn long ago i.e i worked for ibsn for tax year 2006 & 2007. with out any reason they give pink slip to 55 employees, I am one of them. ok fine
once going out and stand in line for employement in other copanyes by seeing ibsn on my cv they say no.
i cant understand this on that day because i am in a fealing that due to resision they have send we all out.
by seeing this many coments on ibsn i to think to share few things what i know.
ibsn only look for short term profits, they need to get all in one day.
ibsn never care about clints, its their fate
ibsn never provide proper training, how a person can know about us tax in 20 days.
they wont own any property what they use in company, every thing is for rent
yes they bring computers for rent, offices for rent (change 5 premises in 4 years), they even take employees for rent. THEY APPLY SAME RULE TO CLIENTS ALSO (they never mind for rented items after tax season completed. they only think at next tax season.)
NEW TAX SEASON AS STARTED, LETS INFORM YOUR PROBLEMS TO YOUR YOUR FRIENDS. IF NOT IBSN WILL GO ON LIKE THAT ONLY .

Also till I paid the money they called my 4 times a day. After they got the money they did the free return and i am not able to contact them for the past 10 months.
These people are frauds and I cant even esclate this to the correct authorities.

I joined with IBSN 2 months back till now our employees Didn't received salaries, even they r forcing employees to work in the training period.

I am just in process to file my tax thru' IBSN and also had one round of discussions with them. They have quoted got different charges on different occasions. No body replies to the mail, to my surprise they even disconnected the call twice. I could manage to talk to one person but then it was disconnected abruptly without any reason on resoponse. This is hopeless. I think i am lucky to find the way of functioning for these guys and have not paid them till now.

ibsn, as every oneagree is one of the worst company in the world, they will never give service to the clients, but they will ask the client only one thing"TO MAKE PAYMENT"at any cost, even though they knew that they have never given a proper service.and they ask their employees to do overtime without making the payment even for normal hours, and they will never pay money for the services received from transportation companies.stpm's in ibsn dont have any right to act as senior tax manager, after lot of experience they even not able to clear the doubts of junior employees.the work done by juniors is more than the seniors.i dont know what the u.s govt is doing.why dont the take any action against them, even ibsn is ready to give bribe
