IBSN Complaints & Reviews

I have filed US tax returns for year 2011 using IBSN. As i am in India, the refund check has been sent to IBSN US address.
Inspite of many emails theya re not returning my cheque. It has been sent in July 2012 by the state dept but till date no is responding to my emails. All the numbers mentioned in their website are not reachable.
Suggest how should i get my refund back...

With reference to my earlier post on 23-March-2011, I’m receiving lots of queries from IBSN customers.

they cheat the customers and Employees...
they will call the customrs for every half hour before he make a payemt... once customer make the payment for his tax filing.. then customer has to call them to know his filling status... if customer calls they will tell that concern person is not avilabale...

IBSN is the number 1 fraud company in the world. Beware of that company. I[censored] feel for one time satisfaction u may suffer a lot in future. IBSN management is the worst management. They never helps you if you get any notices from IRS. You may loose your identity in US. They need money for that they will do whatever things weather it is a good or bad. Even they pick change on dead body....

IBSN seems to be a big fraud company. I filled tax returns through them; they received the IT return checks (three in number) at their US address. They are not sending those checks to me. I am not getting any response to several of my emails/ online issue escalations and phone. Sometimes, when I can get somebody on phone, the person would just say, he would contact me back in an hour (India night time); After that through out the night, neither...

At the time of filling you receive many emails & phone calls on a daily basis until you file with them. If you are filling and have not make a payment, with even a one liner mail, you are assured to get multiple responses. After that its you who has to follow up without getting any response. Their phone numbers are mostly unreachable. Nobody responds through email/ online.
