[Resolved]  Icfai Distance Education — The exams are not fairly conducted

Hello,
ICFAI is one of the BOGUS university in the world ...I repented after taking admission...they never told me that you would need to pay for exam fees, coaching will be only for first three groups and lot many things...
They are excellent in deceiving students...I'd rather say they staff has done Master of Deceiving People (MDP)...so friends beware while taking admission in any ICFAIs course...
My would strongly recommend you do NOT to take admission for ICFAI's distance MBA...of course why, with the one forth (1/4 th) money you are getting admission in symbiosis varsity.
They have made education as Business...I'd rather say Business Ethics should be explained to ICFAI's Board first and then thier students...
Once again it is very BOGUS...it should be banned...this varsity has to be sued...

I am very much sad about your situation, its true that it is very difficult to pass ICFAI MBA, i had also taken admission on 2007, december and successfully i completed my MBA(Finance) on 2009, October. As a friend its a advice to you that before confront to any one just check a single time " am i right in all the way?"

It is not the fault of institution but it is the fault of our. If we will not give our full concentration on study then how we will pass the exam. Fault is from our side, if we will work hard then definately we will pass the exam. Just leave blaming others, see inside you that what you are doing. Tell me why the institution want to fail you behind that what is their benefit. So work hard and surely you will get the success.

I have joined Icfai MBA on 2006.I have the doubt the answers are clearly evaluated.So we have to approach the university for result with answer sheet and question paper.and printed right answer sheet with explanation .I think we can approach right of information act as a paid student of private university. other wise we have to go through consumer court to refund the fee paid with interest for the violation of contract mentioned in Application form .

You may note that the students, who wish to have an insight into their performance, can opt for comprehensive feedback within 7 days of declaration of results. The feedback provided would give an insight into specific areas for improvement and also the suggested answers for the examination under reference.

It is not true the ICFAI university is recognised by UGC. I have seen the notice of recognition myself when i was enquiring about the course for MBA. U can also verify before enrooling for the course.i am having one copy of notice with me also.

Dear Gautam, As a student enrolled into a professional program like MBA, it requires certain level of commitment from the student for hard work and intensive studying. Institutes provide material meeting the curriculum requirement, from which students are expected to read and progress through the program, therefore reaping the benefits in your future course career path.

I completely agree to the above complaint... ICFAI univeristy manipulate their exams. They purposely fail the student for the examination money. Even I have joined in the year 2007 and till now I could clear upto group F and I dont think this is worth doing this course. All the interviewers will laugh when we say we are pursuing MBA from ICFAI and it is stongly unrecommended university to proceed with studies. This is a complete foolish decision of my education till now.

As per records you are appearing for group G and H for April 2010 examination. The fact that you are able to successfully complete the stage II of the MBA program, itself shows the transparency in the process. You must be aware that the stage III subjects require integrative skills of various functional aspects of management studied earlier and definitely require more focus in preparation. Further for any clarification on the subject content, you can contact SSD for clarification from the concerned faculty.

icfai university is a bloody dam'n choar university mind you guys they plan in advance how much people are going to pass and have a targeted cash projection from coming examinations, i appeared 3 times in group i and cleared in 3rd time but i must tell you there was no extra effort put in third time insted the 3rd attempt was most inferior still they passed me while 1st was the most superior. so it becomes clear that icfai if cheating with us one thing more these people who are defending ICFAI university are a part of icfai image management activity they are paid for that.

i disagree from your university if possible then refund my full fess of the course because you have received the full course fees and donot provide all groups of books think about your university that your responsibility is not matter in given the concerned group. so please give all group of books other refund my fees imediately otherwise i go to the consumer court and complaint for your university. there is no any other office situated in the patiala branch if any type of clarification then where the persons call for any type of queries. so all the queries may give negative impact of your univerrsity. please refund my fees or send all the course material imediately.
