Icfai books contains thousands of mistakes...just look at B.C.A "B" Group maths...language is very hard without any proper explanation...and they do not conduct any lecture session for maths...

wat is the truth?????????? im totaly confused either 2 join or not

i compltd my diploma in electronics and communication engg. and im nw heiring d training of bpo industry so within sm days im going 2 join.i wanna complete my studies side by side so, i refferd 2 join bsc.IT coz it saves my one year... wat 2 do plz frnds help me...

its better asking these questions to them in the office ... take the printout of this whole conversation and show it to them ans ask them wat is the exact truth.. then u will come to know weather u should join it or not... i myself m going to do that..i just took the print out ... there is no point of asking or depending on these comments... watever u wanna do i[censored] wanna do it right then do it all by urself.. then u will achieve wat u want... so take a printout and go and ask them... ok and do write ur reply here... so others can also do it...in their branches...

any ways after going thro the comments i am changing the university my english is good iam hard working and mba from any university is fine for lecturing and iam good at it any way icfai is a big white wash i repent resent joining it really a waste of time and money

Seems we all have almost same kind of trouble with the blessed university, i am not sure whether they manipulate with the answers or not but pretty sure that out of 100 hardly 10 pass with the exams condoucted...as far as my case is concerned in a particular group i was very well sure that i would pass in HR, however not about accountancy, but when the results were declared i flunked in both, this happened twice...and not only with me but with lot of my acquaintances...

The trouble is we cant even think of clearing one subject and trying with another group simultaneously...
At present lot o[censored]s are thinking whether this MBA would be of any use if we take so much of time to clear it, even though in future if ever we clear it...

I think university never indulges in failing a candidate deliberately. May be they are maintaining such a standard which may some times not possible to overcome with less effort.

I have also completed MCA from ICFAI University. In my course duration, I also failed two times consecutively in two groups (G & H). I applied for recounting and feedback and I received satisfactory clarification from university. Thus I could know where exactly the mistakes I was committing.

So, why don’t u try for recounting and feedback.

Hi frnds...I had done my senior secondery (commerce base ) in 2005.Due to personel reason i can't continue my study as i have to do job, which is i m still continues.Now i want to continue my study through distance learning from ICFAI.I want help of all of you seniors to suggest me that which course should i go for and is this right to go with ICFAI or not.If not then please suggest me any other university in delhi.Please reply as soon as possible.

I was the student of ICFAI University (INC). Guys ICFAI University is very good & private University. It is approved by UGC not AICTE. Afterall Pass fail is totally depends upon us. It is not like wastage university without writing u will expect the marks, never...Kindly elaborate ur skills & study properly then expect the pass & certificate. After passing from ICFAI University, now i am a Manager in Royal Bank of Scotland in kolkata...Ok...Bosssss

I enroll in 2005 for MBA with ICFAI due to flexiblity of exam location that match with my marketing job profile. Still I cleared upto G Group with my Job in 6 Years but feeling very tough to clear stage 3 because Exam Papers are very tough & lengthy & I have no much more time to Cover entire subjects. This is Distance Learning Program so should be easy as compared to regular MBA Students.I will suggest that Stage 3 should also Multiple Choice Type Questions.

I completly agre.. the same has happened to me... not sure if we can get any help against it...I have paid 67, 000 rs as fees.. but looks like it was of no use :(

passing the exam is little difficult but if studied properly can be passes...icfai is conductiong classes for that purpose and also outside tution is available by which u can gain knowlegde about the subject...If having problm in passing the exam then you can contact me also

I am totally agree with you..they are doing business, nothing more than that.
Questions are like entrance exam, so that u will not get pass. They will take again money(rs1000 per paper) for enrollment of same paper.. If some one is working then it's very difficult to clear the exam.Icfai is taking more money than other distance MBA institute. Don't go for that, You will get tension and lose ur money and career. Atlast, u will get forced to leave ICFAI and will join another institute. This case happened with so many people. Worst University so far i have seen.
They opened the branches like shop for distance education. Totally cheater..

I have recently join this University, looking all your comments am scared that i have taken a wrong decision but still i don't want to loss my hope ... Let me try and do my best :(

i alsoenroll sept 2007 and i am not cleared my exam i thing they just collect money from us there is some wrong in university

Please don't enroll for Infai distance eduction i[censored] r working professional and have some work load. Though who are saying they worked hard, i am sure they are not full working professional and don't have that much work load. Being distance eduction nd a normal University they conduct the exam like Board exam and Questions are very difficult like entrance exam. U will not pass i[censored] will not read bit by bit. Even u score near to pass mark, they will fail u. I do agree they may erase the answer and fail the Candidate, so that again he/she need appear for that paper and pay Rs.1000. It's totally waste univeristy. Pls go for another option, lot of reputed university whose exam is not that much hard and cost of couse is also less comparision to this wasteful university. They act like business. They won't listen u after resgistarion. I[censored] want to discontinue the couse in betten also, they will not allow u .U r bound to pay full amount of couse. They won't worry about ur career whether u will pass or not. Totally waste University in this world.
