[Resolved] ICICI Bank — Reversal of ANW charges

Dear Sir/ Ma'am,
I an Atyendra Kumar, having a saving account in your bank at Bhadohi branch, Uttar Pradesh. My account no. is[protected]. My father deposited 20000rs. respectively on 20nd May, 2010. You have deducted 165rs. as ANW charges. The guy who opened my account told me that till 50,000rs. there will be no charges and you can have N no. of transactions from outside the city but within India, because it is so called nationalised bank. So please do take correct action against those people because I think they are spoiling the image of the bank and reverse my money as soon as possible.

Only ICICI has charges for everything u do in bank..Charges for this charges for dat...

Initial deposit highest...

I terminated my ICICI account bcoz of diz charges...

HDFC and IDBI r gr8...

No extra charges...ICICI charges for using ATM and debit card annually..

Initially there were charges but now banks are offering daily transaction free of charges to attract customers..

Pity ICICI is following same old format

I manage savings account with ICICI Bank, GT road, Jalandhar . I was supposed to receive a cash deposit of Rs. 5000 from a friend however I received only Rs. 4835 .The statement mentioned deduction towards ANW-Chrgs :150 S-Tax :15 . My account no. is [protected], the transaction date is 21/01/2012 . My question to ICICI is ...Are you eligible to deduct this much amount towards ANW for a petty sum of Rs. 5000 . I checked internet and found that there are thousands of such complaints pertaining to ANW .

Please answer my question and remit my money as I know this money has been illegally deducted. Come on ICICI bank, this is no way to fill up the losses you make on your day to day banking. Also please send me the link where the ANW policy is mentioned.
