I have been trying to contact the credit card department & customer care by mail and phonr but in vain.
I have discontinued my credit card [protected] which is clearly explanied by the mail which i have send to customer care in june 2008.
Subsequently very recently a person from icici called me up and told me that there is a huge pending for which i have told him about the mail i have send to customer care & he thereby agreed for a settlement and told me to pay 10000 rs, which i agreed.
In may rs 4720 was auto debited from account & in june 15000rs have been debited from my account which i deposited towards my home loan, the home loan amount has bounced and this has resulted in enormous amount and stress and pain.
This has resulted in me loosing my confidence in the banking system of icici.This has resulted in me planning to discontinue my icici account .
i request you to do the needfull to reimburse the excess cash withdrawn from my account.

This is sunil kumar.g.s, My icici Home loan a/c Number is LBCHE[protected].
on 9th of june i received a SMS stating that my loan Emi has got Bounced & the reason given in the SMS was insufficent funds.
On 4th June 2009 i have deposited rs 15000(fifteen thousand) to my icici a/c Number[protected].
In that case, I dont understand how the EMi could bounce,
there could be only one chance that is some one has infilterd into my account, which means that my icici account number is not safe for me to deposit money, if any one can acess to my account any time what is the point in having an debit card, password etc...
Further i would like to know how this bounce has taken place, for future i would also like to have an alternate option to deposit my home loan amount, i have lost confidence in your system because of which i would request you to suggest me some other way to pay my home loan rather than deposing my money in the above mentioned account number which is not safe.
This is a very serious issue and i request you to address the same immediatly, otherwise i would have to look out for other options to adress this issue.
I have been trying to contact the customer care & there was no response.

I have received my credit card bill(Card Number: [protected]) for 33, 364.00/= This has actually come as a rude shock since i have setteled the entire amount of my last statement well in advance& this was clarified to your people over phone.
In this Particular statement i have received i have been charged with late fee, some fee leveied for cash payment intrest charges and so many other things.
I have also been charged 2676.72 towards symantec noton renewal norton which i have informed to you well in advance that the card number of mine was mis used.
I am forced to surrender the card with immideate effect . I have also spoken to the customer service (mr.sarvan) he told me the same has happend due to system error.
I wonder how system error can occur in a reputed bank.I request you to take the necessery steps to Block my card immediatly.

ICICI Bank — Money Withdrawal without notification
Hello Sir,I am the a/c holder of ICICI Bank from last 3.5 years.
Rs. 827.00 was withdrawn from my account saying a transaction QABChgs,oct-dec10+ST77 - 19/01/2011.
The minimum balance was not maintained for a month and two days. But, the charges were for the total 3 months from october - december.
There should be some formal process for doing such things. I want my money to be credited in my a/c which they have deducted from my a/c.

ICICI Credit Card — Money withdrawn from the block ICICI credit card
Dear Sir/MadamI have blocked my ICICI credit card by calling the customer care on 10th-Aug-07 at 8:47pm. Even after blocking the card the transaction of Rs. 19000/- was made on 10th-Aug-07 at around 11pm.
I have launched the grievance to the ICICI for the same. As per the investigation done by ICICI bank, it was found that swap was done by Mr. Hasan Junaid and Rs.15000 was recovered from the same. As investigation got completed, the case was closed against me and as per the statement I need to pay the rest of the Rs 4000.
I again launched the grievance to ICICI for this, but they told that I need to pay the money. The customer care was not at able to help me and they said that only Charge back department can help me. I drop the fax, tried calling them but all in vain. Now after nearly 1.9 years they have blocked Rs. 8, 917.88 (4000 + taxes) from ICICI Saving account saying that:
1) This is my credit card outstanding (Rs 4000 + taxes + late fee fine)
2) They have the right by law to block my money for the Credit card recovery
Please help for this and let me know:
1) Whether ICICI can block my saving account money?
2) The money has been withdrawn from the blocked card, so to whom I should launch the grievance or what I should do?
