As there were Transaction Disputes of Rs. 2000/- to my Credit Card Account (No.-[protected]) which had never been resolved by the Concerned Dept. of ICICI Bank, I had also tried to send the related documents as proof but ICICI bank rejected the same just saying that the dispute period was over and hence the matter remains closed.
Now that of the Disputed Amount of Rs.[protected]/-, I had already paid Rs. 6434/- on 24-April-2009, my ICICI Credit Card Account has not been closed despite my request.
When I again enquired about the same through their Dispute Settlement Branch (ICICI Bank, Sector-8, Rohini, New Delhi), they say they are helpless.
ICICI Bank employees of that Rohini branch also confirmed that ICICI Bank always had the motive of Ruining the credit history of Innocent Customers.
Please look into this issue as ICICI Bank doesn't respond to calls or mails through Customer Care too. Was this information helpful? |
